SHE Retreat began with a conviction: when a woman gains clarity, practical support and the right community, her growth reaches far beyond herself.
This isn’t a one-off event. It’s a growing platform — and the trajectory tells the story better than we can.
In 2024, we gathered 200 women in one room and asked what it would take to help them lead boldly — and awarded direct financial aid to 10 of them to make it real.
In 2025, we doubled down. 400+ women joined us for “Be The Edge,” and instead of 10 grants, we secured full tech scholarships for 200 women — a 20x increase in the support we could offer.
In 2026, we’re going hybrid and international — “Rise of the Culture Curators” runs across two countries, Nigeria and Ghana, over two days:
virtual and in-person.
